Insurance Appraisal Services Texas

Insurance Appraisal Services Texas

Independent appraisal support for Texas property damage disputes involving repair scope, estimate differences, and amount-of-loss issues. When an insurance estimate does not match the damage found at your property, the next step can feel confusing. Recourse helps Texas homeowners document damage, compare repair scopes, and understand whether the appraisal process may apply to an amount-of-loss dispute.

We do not decide coverage. We do not give legal advice. We do not act as a public adjuster. Our work focuses on damage documentation, estimate organization, and appraisal-related support.

When Insurance Appraisal May Apply

Insurance appraisal is commonly used when the disagreement is about the amount of loss. That can include differences in repair pricing, quantities, materials, measurements, or damaged items.

Coverage questions are different. If the issue is whether the policy covers the damage at all, that may fall outside appraisal.
